[６日 ロイター] - 格付け会社ムーディーズは６日、ニューヨーク州を地盤とする銀行持ち株会社ニューヨーク・コミュニティ・バンコープ（ＮＹＣＢ）(NYCB.N), opens new tabの長期格付けを「Ｂａａ３」から投機的（ジャンク）等級の「Ｂａ２」に引き下げた。さらなる格下げの可能性も警告した。

中核である過去の商業用不動産融資、ニューヨークのオフィスや集合住宅物件での多額かつ予想外の損失が信用面の脆弱さにつながる可能性があると指摘した。

また、市場からの資金調達を多用しているため、現在の環境では財務の柔軟性が制限される可能性があるとした。
